4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We use the following service providers to run the website and handle enquiries:
- Formspree receives what you type into our contact form and passes it to us.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website to you.
- Google receives analytics information about your visit only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles your messages if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
Where our email provider or other service providers handle your information, we will list them here: TO BE CONFIRMED. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. The safeguards that apply are TO BE CONFIRMED.
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with our accountant or tax authorities if a legal duty applies. TO BE CONFIRMED
5. How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries. Our proposed approach is to delete an enquiry one month after we close it, if it does not lead to work. This is a proposed policy. It is not yet an automated process, and we have not yet verified how long Formspree keeps form submissions or how they can be deleted. Until we have checked this, copies held by Formspree may be kept for longer than one month. TO BE CONFIRMED
Customer, quotation, invoice and payment records. We are still working out how long these should be kept. Some financial records may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons. We will publish the retention periods here once they are confirmed. TO BE CONFIRMED

These rights are not absolute. For example, we may need to keep records we are legally required to hold.
